This policy explains how CraftAd ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit this website, sign in to the studio, generate creatives, or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@craftad.app.

2. Information we process

• Account information: Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image.
• Creative content: app names, prompts, headlines, copy, visual preferences, reference artwork, screenshots, and generated images you choose to create or save.
• Account activity: credit balance, plan, saved app profiles, creative batches, and related dates or identifiers.
• Billing: order references, purchase status, and account information needed to connect a purchase to your account. Our payment provider processes payment details; CraftAd does not receive your full card number.
• Support and technical data: information you send us, error information, and request or device data processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate requested images, save your work, manage credits, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations, or your consent when required.

4. Providers and AI processing

CraftAd uses Firebase for authentication and account data, hosting services including Firebase Hosting, OpenAI for visual analysis and image generation, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout and billing. Your prompts and supplied images are sent to the configured AI provider to complete a generation request.

Providers process data under their own terms, retention rules, and privacy practices. Upload only content you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive personal or confidential information.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share information with providers as needed to deliver the service, with your direction, or when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process data outside your country. Applicable protections depend on the provider, location, and law.

6. Storage and retention

Account records, profiles, and creative history may remain while your account is active or until deleted. You can remove saved app profiles and creative batches using available account controls. Contact us to request account deletion. We may retain records needed for billing, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or backups for as long as reasonably necessary. No permanent creative archive is promised; keep your own copies of downloaded work.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Email support@craftad.app from your account email with your request. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and local storage

The marketing pages do not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Studio sign-in and service providers may use cookies or browser storage for authentication and essential operations. Read our Cookie Policy for details. External websites you visit have their own practices.

9. Security and children

We use access controls and service-provider protections to reduce unauthorized access. No online service is perfectly secure. The service is intended for adults and professional users, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will revise the date above and provide further notice where legally required.
