What is CraftAd?
CraftAd is an AI creative studio for Google App Campaigns. Describe your app, choose sizes, and it renders complete banner ads — visuals, typography and CTA baked into the image — that are pixel-exact and ready for the Google Ads Asset Library.
Do I need design skills?
No. You write a short brief in plain language and the studio handles layout, lighting and typography. If you have a style reference or a screenshot, you can add it, but nothing is required.
Are the outputs compliant with Google Ads?
Every output uses dimensions accepted by the Google Ads Asset Library, with correct aspect ratios and file sizes. Compliance with ad policy still depends on your content — CraftAd cannot guarantee approval of any specific campaign.
Which languages does the interface support?
The studio currently supports English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Long-form help articles are available in English.
Creating creatives
Can I write prompts in my own language?
Yes — prompts work in any language the underlying model understands well. English prompts tend to give the most predictable results, but many creators write in their own language successfully.
Can I control the text in the image?
Yes. Headline and CTA fields let you pick a suggestion or enter your own wording, which is rendered directly into the image. You can also choose image-only creatives with no text at all.
Can I edit a generated image?
CraftAd outputs finished images rather than layered files. To change a result, reuse the batch from History to load its brief, adjust the prompt or copy, and generate a new set.
Which sizes can I generate?
Use the ratio and size dropdowns for one output. Create also has All sizes for combining outputs across formats. The quick ratios are 1:1, 1.91:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
Credits & billing
What are credits?
Credits are the currency used for generation. Each output costs credits based on its creative effort; failed generations are refunded automatically. New accounts start with welcome credits.
How do I unlock Premium?
Premium unlocks permanently the first time you purchase any credit pack — there is no subscription. It enables Medium and High creative effort and lowers the Low-effort price.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases of digital credit packs are final and non-refundable once credited, as described in the Terms of Service. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. If a payment went wrong, contact support with your receipt details.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, and accepts major cards. CraftAd never sees or stores your card details.
